Setting up the Lane/5000 Pin Pad with your Computer | Converge Connect

  1. Plug the Lane/5000 Pin Pad into a power source.
  2. Connect the Lane/5000 Pin Pad into the USB port on your computer.
  3. Click HERE to download CONVERGE CONNECT off Google Drive
  4. Confirm the Lane/5000 Pin Pad is detected by Converge Connect and is “online”. You will see a message “Lane/5000 Online”. If you are unable to confirm this please contact PPS for assistance at Support@ppsusa.com
  5. Once the Lane/5000 Pin Pad has been detected arrange for eIVF to update the software.
  6. Schedule a date with eIVF to switchover to PPS.
